Description
Deň vopred pripravíme karamelovú šľahačku - viď poznámka.
Na odpaľované cesto mlieko so štipkou soli a tukom privedieme do varu, potom do neho vsypeme múku a prepracujeme vareškou.
Potom na veľmi miernom ohni ešte necháme cesto chvíľočku prepariť. Zložíme z platne, zľahka poprášime práškom do pečiva a pridávame za stáleho miešania jedno vajce po druhom. Necháme trochu vychladnúť a ešte teplé cesto dáme do zdobiaceho vrecka s väčšou zdobičkou a na pomastený plech (nemusí byť papier na pečenie) krúživým pohybom striekame malé veterníčky, asi 4-5 cm veľké.
Ako na odpaľované cesto
Potom na plech medzi veterníčkami nakvapkám trochu studenej vody, dole do rúry postavím kastrólik s horúcou vodou a potom vložím plech.
Pečieme v dobre vyhriatej rúre na 220 ° C asi 10 minút - nesmieme otvárať rúru - potom teplotu znížime na 160 - 180 ° C a dopečieme asi ďalších 10 minút, až veterníčky zružovie. Necháme vychladnúť, nie je potrebné ich rozrezávať, neklesnú.
